1. Introduction

Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application ("the App") and services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any person using the App (Customer, Driver, Vendor, Manager, Admin).
  • Customer: A user who places orders.
  • Vendor: A restaurant or store partner.
  • Driver: A delivery partner.
  • Platform: The entire software ecosystem including the App and Web Panel.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Placing Orders

Customers may order goods from listed Vendors. Availability is subject to Vendor stock.

4.2. Pricing

Prices are set by Vendors. Delivery fees and service charges may apply.

4.3. Payments

We support secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). Wallet balances can be used for payments.

Refunds are processed to the user's Wallet.

5. Delivery Services

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees.
  • We facilitate delivery but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other improved circumstances.
  • Drivers must adhere to safety and conduct guidelines.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure product quality and accurate descriptions.
  • Vendors are responsible for order preparation times.
  • Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to use the Platform to:

  • Order or sell illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, or restricted medical products.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or cashback.
  • Submit false or misleading documentation for driver or vendor verification.
  • Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's security or financial systems.
  • Harass, abuse, or engage in discriminatory behavior toward other platform users.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any content you provide.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software code on the Platform are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for the quality of products provided by Vendors or the conduct of independent Drivers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order or service in dispute.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or failures of public infrastructure and utilities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
